Welcoming Tim Edmonds To St.Germain

We are thrilled to announce that Tim Edmonds has joined the St.Germain team as our new Construction Manager.

Tim brings over 10 years of experience managing large scale commercial projects specialising in student accommodation, high end multi storey residential developments, aged care facilities and retail.

Tim’s versatility across sectors and his strong technical knowledge enables him to effectively manage complex project requirements from early planning through to completion.

We are very excited to have Tim on board and look forward to some exciting times ahead in 2026 and beyond.
