Ben Cavell
With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Ben has successfully delivered projects ranging from $500,000 residential renovations to $125m complex mixed-use developments, and everything in between. His depth of knowledge and practical expertise ensure projects are managed with precision and efficiency.
As a qualified carpenter and holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Ben brings a unique blend of technical skill and strategic oversight. Holding both domestic and commercial unlimited licenses, he provides comprehensive leadership across all sectors of construction.
Ben contributes significantly to the company’s long-term planning and operational success. He oversees every phase of the construction lifecycle, including tendering, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Sam Gilbert
After a distinguished AFL career, Sam transitioned seamlessly into his second passion—construction. While still competing at the highest level, he earned his qualification as a carpenter and later completed a Diploma in Building and Construction, laying the foundation for a successful career as a well-rounded building professional.
Sam brings the qualities of a 200-game AFL player to the construction industry: self-motivation, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His ability to thrive under pressure and embrace challenges translates into exceptional project outcomes. Above all, Sam’s natural leadership and team-building skills set him apart, enabling him to inspire collaboration and drive success across every stage of the construction process.
