BEN CAVELL
The better half
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben has successfully managed projects ranging from $500,000 renovations to $125 million mixed-use developments. As a qualified carpenter holding a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Ben is well-versed in all aspects of the construction field.
Ben possesses both his domestic and commercial unlimited licenses, playing a crucial role in the company's long-term strategic planning. He oversees every phase of the construction lifecycle, including tendering, design, procurement, scheduling, and handover.
SAM GILBERT
The even better half
After a distinguished AFL career, Sam seamlessly transitioned to his second passion, construction. While still playing football, he earned his qualification as a carpenter and went on to obtain a diploma in building and construction, establishing himself as a well-rounded building professional.
Sam exemplifies the qualities of a 200-game AFL player with self-motivation, a strong drive, and a love for challenges. However, it is his exceptional leadership abilities that truly set him apart from other industry leaders.
“On recommendation from our architect, We engaged St Germain Building company to carry out extensive renovations to our recently purchased house.
